Full Stack Java Developer

The development organization leverages **Java, Spring Boot**, AWS RDS, AWS Serverless technologies (lambda, SQS), REST, JavaScript, **ReactJS** hosted in AWS using Atlassian tools (Jira, BitBucket, and Confluence).**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS****Responsibilities**:- **Technical Leadership**: Design and develop software that aligns with the needs of customers and strategic goals. Advocate, evangelize, and set standards for code quality and best engineering practices (e.g., clean code, design patterns, code reviews, and unit testing).- **Teamwork**: Work collaboratively with team members across different departments, contributing to the collective knowledge and ensuring project success. Share knowledge and insights with team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.- **Execution & Delivery**: Operate within an Agile Scrum framework, actively participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
