Descripción y detalle de las actividades- Evaluates labor cost metrics to include, daily labor, labor per output, revenue per labor hour, and contracting labor costs.- Owns continuous analysis of gross margins and revenue along with profitability by both product line and manufacturing output- Provides direct support to Operations Management for decision making, ROI calculation, pricing, and forecasting.- Assists with budget preparation and forecasting.- Participates in year-end audit, including compiling and preparing supporting schedules, work papers and financial reports as requested by Accounting Manager or auditors.Experiência y requisitos- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, finance, or related field preferred.- 8 years of financial or business analysis experience.- Bi-lingual (Spanish-English) with fluency- Knowledge of Manufacturing processes including Raw Materials calculations, Direct and Indirect costs.- Ability to perform complex analysis of large volumes of mathematical and financial data to produce appropriate reports and statements.- Knowledge of generally accepted accountingprinciples (GAAP) and auditing standards.- Ability to maintain accurate financial records and prepare clear and accurate reports for informational, auditing, and operational use.Beneficios- seguro de vida- bonos anuales- comedor- fondo de ahorro- transporte- seguro de gastos médicos- servicios médicos en planta- Beneficios de acuerdo a la LFT**Número de vacantes** 1**Área** Contabilidad/Finanzas**Contrato** Permanente**Modalidad** Presencial**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Horario**- Tiempo completo- Turno Matutino- Tuno de 10 horas- Lunes a viernes**Estudios** Carrera con título profesional**Inglés **Hablado: Avanzado, Escrito: Avanzado**Disponibilidad p. viajar** No
