Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:**Key Responsibilities**:- **Strategy & Planning**:- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to identify opportunities and inform strategy.- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and measurable goals for all digital marketing initiatives.- **Campaign Management & Execution**:- Plan, create, and manage engaging and effective digital campaigns from conception to execution.- Oversee and manage paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads) including keyword research, ad copy creation, bidding strategies, and budget allocation.- Manage and optimize social media presence, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance analysis.- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and web developers to produce compelling digital assets (e.g., blog posts, landing pages, social media visuals, videos).- Ensure all digital content is SEO-friendly and adheres to brand guidelines.- **Analysis & Optimization**:- Utilize web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to monitor, measure, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on data-driven decisions.- Conduct A/B testing and multivariate experiments to improve conversion rates and user experience.- Provide regular reports to stakeholders on campaign performance and ROI.- **Staying Current**:- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.- Evaluate emerging technologies and provide recommendations for adoption where appropriate.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.- (X) years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on developing and executing campaigns.- Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.).- Experience with A/B and multivariate testing.- Working knowledge of ad serving tools and experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns.- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.**Skills**:- **Strong Analytical Skills**: Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to make informed decisions and optimize campaigns.- **Creativity & Innovation**: Ability to brainstorm new and creative growth strategies and develop engaging content.- **Excellent Communication**: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex digital marketing concepts to diverse audiences.- **Project Management**: Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.- **Collaboration**: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.- **Adaptability**: Eager to learn and adapt to the ever-evolving digital landscape.- **Attention to Detail**: Meticulous in campaign execution and data analysis.**Preferred Certifications (a plus but not required)**:- Google Ads Certification- Google Analytics Certification- HubSpot Inbound Marketing Certification**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Contract**Experience**:- SEO: 4 years (required)- Google Adwords: 4 years (required)**Language**:- English (required)Work Location: Remote
