We’re seeking a passionate and dedicated **Debt Settlement Representative** to bring their unique talents to our collaborative and supportive environment.**Your Impact**In this role, you’ll work directly with clients to help them regain financial stability by providing expert advice and facilitating debt settlement. Your contributions will directly impact our clients' financial freedom while helping Equivity maintain its standing as a leader in the industry.**What You’ll Do**:- Manage inbound calls from high-quality, pre-screened leads- Prospecting and following up on past qualified leads- Assist clients with understanding their debt relief options and guide them through the settlement process- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing empathetic, clear, and accurate communication- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools- Collaborate with the team to continuously improve strategies for client success and retentionExperiência y requisitos**What We’re Looking For**:- Experience in debt settlement is preferred- Sales experience is a plus- Strong communication and negotiation skills- Ability to manage high-volume calls and work effectively in a fast-paced environment- Self-motivated with a goal-driven attitude- English 90%- Previous experience in phone sales or customer service is required- Salary: 18,000 - 25,000 MXN Pesos per month- ** Commission Opportunity**: Earn up to **MX$20,000** in additional commissions starting in the 2nd monthBeneficios- Beneficios de acuerdo a la LFT**Número de vacantes** 1**Área** Atención a Clientes/Call Center/Telemarketing**Contrato** Permanente**Modalidad** Presencial**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Horario**- Tiempo completo- Lunes a viernes**Estudios** Carrera con título profesional**Inglés**Hablado: Avanzado, Escrito: Avanzado**Disponibilidad p. viajar** No
