Change Management Manager

We are over 250,000 game changers, mountain movers and history makers, located around the world, and united by a shared set of values and goals.**Responsibilities**:**The Opportunity**PepsiCo’s Strategy & Transformation (S&T) organization was established to drive PepsiCo’s Digital Transformation and critical strategic initiatives globally. The Change COE (Center of Excellence) enables the S&T strategic agenda by providing Change Management expertise supporting PepsiCo’s “Big Bets.” The Change CoE will lead Change Management for priority transformation programs by owning change management, global frameworks and tools, and through growing S&T Change talent. This role will work with key stakeholders across programs over time, focused on developing, managing, and executing transformational activities.**Your Impact**As **Manager of Transformation - Change Management** your scope would consist of:- Leverages established CM methodologies/tools to develop and execute the strategic plan supporting implementation, execution and adoption.- Leads the change management for global functional teams including setting change strategy and managing change related project plans.- Role will manage all change management deliverables including change plan, leadership alignment, communications, change impacts, training/Super Users, Change Agent Network and value realization- Oversee the communication strategy and works with key stakeholders to develop communications plans- Oversee the training strategy and works with key stakeholders to develop training plans- Develops and maintains relationships with key stakeholders in the organization- Develop strategy to engage and successfully maintain strong relationships with global and functional leadership teams- Successfully translates theoretical approaches, past experiences and business needs into practical plans and manage / ensure the successful end to end delivery- Ensure change management approaches are deployed, risks and issues are managed and mitigated, and an approach of post implementation continuous improvement is embedded- Drives, monitors and manages change workstream delivery - ensuring key milestones are met on time and on budget- Works with relevant stakeholders (including SMEs) to build change management understanding and ensure leaders are prepared to effectively lead and embed change with their teams.- Manages change related interdependencies across workstreams within the projectQualifications:**Who Are We Looking For?****Education**- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Organizational Development, Communications or related field required; Master’s Degree preferred**Experience**- Minimum of 5-7 years industry experience or human capital consulting experience with strong knowledge and working experience with change management, organizational design, organization culture, and business transformation- Ability to work across functions, levels and geographies (time zones)- Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders.- Ability to take ownership and independently drive progress- Demonstrated communication, presentation, and relationship management skills**What can you expect from us**:- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate analytical findings into actionable solutions and processes- Organized personality- Team player- Ability to manage stress and meet deadlines while maintaining high levels of accuracy- Advocates for and embraces the use of new tools and techniques- Problem Solving- Seeks opportunities to strengthen digital culture through collaborating and sharing knowledge- Track record of improving processes, leading projects and influencing decision-makers- Has an informed opinion on digital trends, including fluency with specific digital technologies**We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
