We support our insurance company affiliates by offering property and casualty insurance products inclusive of personal auto, homeowners, RV, motorcycle, small business auto insurance and more.The Claims FNOL Associate III serves as initial contact for basic claims reporting. This role is responsible for guiding the caller to the appropriate party based on their need and the relevant policy or claim.**Key Responsibilities**:- Identifies the customer’s need and responds appropriately and efficiently with a sense of urgency- Follows established guidelines specific to each claim report or inquiry- Communicates effectively with internal and external customers- Locates, confirms, and documents appropriate information, which may involve multiple systems- Remains current on constant process updates and technology used within the company**Education**:- High School Diploma or GED (preferred)**Experience**:- 0-2 years experience (preferred)**Supervisory Responsibilities**:- This job does not have supervisory duties.**Education & Experience (in lieu)**:- In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.At Integon, great things happen when our people work together.
