_**Cost Accountant**_**Requirements**:- Advanced English- Experience in production finance.- Experience in product cost inventory functions.- Experience in standard costs.- Experience in the area of mechanical and automotive metal.- Knowledge of ERP data flows and inter-company accounting.- **Responsibilities**:_- In partnership with the others, manage costs, inventory, and metrics in manufacturing plants.- Provide analysis, support, and strategic finance guidance to the Plant Manager, Production Supervisors, and other key leadership.- The cost accountant or product cost engineer will be in charge of being on the plant and floor to verify the inventory of products or materials and to get quotations.- Responsible for inventorying and costing raw material, variations, product.- Prepare monthly margin analysis and variance reports (product, customer, and product group) and provide insight to business partners regarding product line and customer profitability.- Track important business trends and report on KPIs to help management execute the company’s business plan.- Help develop and maintain cost accounting system, documentation, and records.- Performs month end close activities related to Cost Accounting.- Analyze and recommend costs and cost savings.- Prepares variance analysis compared with the budget and / or standards, explaining the main causes- Ensures proper analysis by multiple branch / Plant and LOB of margins, costs, variances, inventory, SG&A and coordinates correct allocations,- Provide FP&A support to local management team to execute company’s financial budgeting and forecasting processes.- Ensures that costs are allocated according to established procedures.- Provide ad-hoc financial analyzes (such as feasibility of cost savings ideas, continuous improvement, capital project investments, financial models) to support strategic and tactical decisions.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 al mesHorario:- Diurno- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 10 horas- Turno de 8 horasPregunta(s) de postulación:- ¿Cuál es tu nível de inglés?- ¿Cuentas con experiência en costos de producción?- ¿Cuentas con experiência en finanzas de costeo?- ¿Cuentas con visa y/o pasaporte?Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
