This role is responsible for bringing best-in-case process, organisation and technology implementation to Unilever. With a significant track record of impactful delivery driven by a deep expertise across:i) Demand/Supply Plan process excellence,ii) E2E Network Planning role design,iii) leading plan and analytics technologies,vi) created of centralised planning hubs and COEs**Key Deliverables****1. Process Excellence**- Bring deep process expertise to design and implement improvement projects with local market teams to drive results in areas such as E2E inventory optimisation, ML forecasting and supply chain agility- Co-own improvement results with market teams- Build effective and engaged global communities of practice**2. Technology Implementation**:- Lead as SME in concurrent planning technologies and predictive/prescriptive analytics to ensure effective deployment of new investments- Co-own delivery of improved performance through technology adoption- Build effective and engaged communities of practice**3. Performance Troubleshooting/Efficiency & Effectiveness Reviews**:- Be prepared to lead resolution of regional performance issues at short notice by deploying mixed teams of experts- Bring E2E thinking to facilitate deep dive efficiency/effectiveness reviews with market teams by facilitating workshops, redesign and implementation planning**Performance Deliverables**:Global Service, Inventory, Business waste, Complexity reduction**Requirements**:**Soft skills**- Leadership : delivers results through others, guides and empowers a diverse team (different locations & languages)- Strong analytical acumen: using available data for business judgment and decision making;- Pragmatic: thrive under pressure at fast-paced environment.**Technology Expertise**:- Must: SAP APO (Demand and Supply Planning) & SAP ECC- Any knowledge from Aera or Kinaxis is a plus.
