This includes total preventative maintenance, software programming and managing breakdowns of mechanical, electrical, and robotic equipment- Installs, maintains, improves, and repairs equipment, plant, services, and building installations- Sets standards effectively and in compliance with best practices to ensure production goals are met- Responds to technical issues affecting production and maintains electrical and mechanical services through Planned Preventative Maintenance- Drives multiple complex projects that require innovative solutions with a focus on results- Responds to breakdowns and identifies the root problem in order to provide a solution with mínimal downtime to production- Proactively identifies and escalates any activity that has the potential to cause harm or damage to production and then reports breakdown root causes, equipment faults, and concerns to management**Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s Degree in Relevant Field; advanced degree preferred or compensating years of experience- Specified Years of Industry-relevant professional experience- Relevant certifications, system experience, and training- Professional-Level English language skills preferred- **Communication & Collaboration**: Communicates clearly and concisely, while engaging proactively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.- **Value for Customers**: Anticipates, understands and meets internal/external customers’ needs and expectations.
