Administración, Informática Administrativa, Contabilidad, Finanzas (Titulado).- Inglés 80%- Experiência comprobable de 2 años en banca.**Conocimientos en**:- Tiene al menos 3 + años de experiência en el trabajo técnico con la gestión de cambios para sistemas y redes en entorno de operaciones de prestación de servicios empresariales.- Tiene al menos 2+ años de experiência en la gestión de cambios a través del uso del módulo de gestión de cambios de ServiceNow.- Posee un excelente conocimiento sobre el uso de MS Excel para crear / mantener tablas dinámicas y macros.- Tiene sólidos conocimientos técnicos en cada uno de los siguientes: SAN, NAS, Vfilers, arquitecturas informáticas, tecnologías basadas en la nube, fundamentos de redes y z/OS Mainframe.**Conocimientos deseables**:- Posee excelentes habilidades en inglés y español para conectarse con las partes interesadas técnicas o funcionales comerciales.- Puede demostrar excelentes habilidades de servicio al cliente.- También puede crear presentaciones en MS Powerpoint e incorporar el uso de gráficos y tablas.- Posee la capacidad de administrar de forma independiente múltiples tareas, comprender las prioridades y cumplir con plazos estrictos de manera proactiva.- La finalización de una certificación ITIL Foundation (versiones 2 y/o 3 y/o 4) es un plus.**Ofrecemos**:- Atractivo sueldo de acuerdo a experiência.- Prestaciones de Ley.- Seguro de vida.- Horario 08:00 - 17:00hrs de Lunes a Viernes.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 10 horas- Turno de 8 horasLugar de trabajo: remoto híbrido en 06880, Ciudad de México, DIF
