Role Overview We seek a Technical Account Manager responsible for managing all technical aspects of customer relationships, serving as the first contact for merchants, and guiding them to optimal solutions. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Account Management, Product, and Development teams to ensure customer success. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality technical support during onboarding and ongoing operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and strengthening relationships. Develop deep product and technical knowledge to assess and ensure quality for customers. Maximize company revenue through strategic customer engagement. Expand existing customer relationships with new products and operational development. Analyze technical and business needs of prospects to develop tailored solutions. Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to customize products for clients. Manage customer expectations and lead them toward satisfaction. Build and maintain strong, long-term technical relationships. Oversee product integration and ramp-up processes for success. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science. At least 7 years of relevant experience. Experience with APIs and ability to explain technical concepts to third parties. Fluent in written and spoken English. Proficiency in SQL. Experience delivering client-focused, tailored solutions. Passion for customer success and understanding client needs. Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
