**We help the world run better****Role Responsibilities**:The Customer Delivery Engagement (CDE) organization is the global team within SAP Enterprise Cloud Services organization overseeing all aspects of the Customer Engagement from the point of sale throughout the entire lifecycle and providing commercial, project, and technical operations expertise. The CDE-COO team drives CDE transformation activities and helps define and shape CDE's strategic imperatives aligned with ECS and SAP.We are a global, diverse team and we are looking for a Tools & Automation consultant to join our team, your tasks include:- Drive process automation efforts from inception to realization using Low-Code /No-Code environments (i.e. design, development, documentation, testing, implementation and roll out)- Develop proposals that drive more effective strategy and quality of execution in the Customer Delivery Engagement team- Provide thought leadership, consultation, and executive alignment- Develop deep understanding and expertise of key business metrics that help bring visibility to critical areas of SAP ECS**Role Requirements**:- Deep knowledge of one or more of the ECS CDE roles in order to reflect role specific requirements for tools and automation programs and projects- Experience in leading or collaborating for tools-related projects in ECS (i.e. Atlas, Unicorn, Dashboards )- Experience in designing and developing process automation solutions with SAP iRPA (Intelligent Robotics Process Automation), SPA (SAP Build Process Automation), or other Low-Code/No-Code environments- Experience in designing and developing solutions and reports with SAP Fiori and SAP Analytics Cloud- Working experience in developer roles using UNIX/Linux, JavaScript or Python skills- Experience with software and techniques for modelling processes and workflows (i.e. Signavio)- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a business or technology related field (e.g. Computer Science, Business Administration, etc.)- Excellent presentation and communication skills in English- Good understanding of SAP's cloud business, especially private cloud offerings- Accustomed to working in international environments- 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing role in the cloud or IT consulting business**We build breakthroughs together****We win with inclusion**SAP’s culture of inclusion, focus on health and well-being, and flexible working models help ensure that everyone - regardless of background - feels included and can run at their best.
