Overview:**Analyst, Accounting - Staff III**La fecha límite para aplicar será el Martes 23 de Mayo a las 6:00 p.m.Reclutador: Manuel GarcíaEsta posición reportará a: Christian Aparicio, Manager, Accounting & ReportingSTATEMENT:Mainly daily functions, which are not limited to: Properly performs the GL Accounting records for the entities/business units assigned of the SAMCAM region, and in accordance with Company’s Policies and Local and USGAAP Accounting frameworks; Prepare proper and timely reconciliation of Accounting Templates for the SAMCAM region. Support on generate information requested by Corporate; Support on Internal and External Audit requirements.Job Qualifications:DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES:- Properly record the Journal Accounting entries assigned by the supervisor.- Preparation of Accounting Reconciliations- Follow up on reconciling ítems within the Accounting reconciliations- Adhere to establish SLA to ensure meet deadlines.- Support on preparation of reports and information requested by Corporate and timely delivered in accordance to a calendar.- Able to effectively and timely communicate with different levels of the Company,- Support on requests from Internal & External Auditors.- Perform activities, processes, task and procedures within the Company’s Policies and Procedures and SOX Frameworks.- Assist with other related tasks and deliverables on an as needed basis.- Having a controls-based mindset and ensuring SOD guidelines are met without exception.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:NoneREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:**Skills**:- Accounting, Internal Controls, and SOD,- Microsoft Excel intermediate level- Ability to be a team player- Ability to adapt to who evolves the Organization- Strong client orientation.- Attention to detailsLanguages:- Intermediate English**Experience**:- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting- Experience in a big 4 accounting firm (Staff)- 1-2 years’ experience in accounting and Desirable experience in a GBS- Knowledge in Accounting, Internal Control and Taxes- Experience on Microsoft (Excel, Word).- Ability to carry out responsibilities under general supervision- Ability to function as effective team member.- Strong customer and results orientation**Education**:- Bachelor´s degree in AccountingPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:- Desirable experience in International Accounting Firms “Big 4”
