**Minimum qualifications**:- 3 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, business development, business operations, or account management.- 2 years of recruiting experience at an agency or in-house recruiting team.- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with local stakeholders.**Preferred qualifications**:- 4 years of experience with full cycle recruiting in an agency or corporate setting.- 3 years of experience negotiating compensation packages.- Experience solving problems and delivering impact as a contributor.- Ability to grow customer relationship management and work in a team environment, with excellent consultative skills.- Excellent communication skills, and the ability to take initiative and build productive relationships.- Excellent accountability, work ethic, integrity, and organizational skills with attention to detail.**About the job**:Great just isn't good enough for our People Operations team (known elsewhere as "Human Resources").
