**Company Overview**At Naya Homes, were building a property management and hospitality company that empowers homeowners and real estate developers to increase their financial returns through short-term and vacation rentals while removing their operating burden. As we scale, we will be uniquely positioned to leverage our data to unlock a new asset class in Latam.**Role overview**As our Revenue Manager and one of our first hires, youll have a unique opportunity to shape the company, operations, culture, and how we approach revenue management to maximize profitability. You will be responsible for our revenue management strategy and execution, including data analytics, unit pricing across all our booking channels, underwriting pricing for our Real Estate team and even cooperating with our Ops team to ensure that we optimize revenue across all our business.Ultimately, you will help create a new asset class in Latin America by building a world-class international brand that provides an amazing hospitality experience for our guests and provides the best in-market asset performance for our homeowners.The Revenue Management function is a part of our broader Operations team. Operations will be the heart and soul of what we do by providing a tech enabled yet human connection with our home owners and guests. Through Operations we will provide an incredible and transparent experience for homeowners, manage a distributed network of homes, power our operationally complex hospitality brand and provide guests with unique and magical experiences in all of our locations.**Responsibilities will certainly evolve, but early work can look like**:- Create and execute the pricing and revenue strategy for our portfolio- Run revenue analytics to drive strategic and tactical pricing decisions- Partner with the COO to own the Revenue strategy and performance- Define and execute pricing strategies and AB testing- Support the Market Ops teams to ramp up new units- Support the Real Estate team when underwriting large BD deals- Play a key role in advising our Product and Tech teams on the development of our internal pricing tools**Why you might be excited about us**- We are transforming the Latin American vacation and short term rental market by building the first large-scale, tech-first property manager. Here you'll help us define and build our company's culture and infrastructure- Since we're an early stage startup, projects and priorities may shift and we will need to move fast- Since you'll have a lot of responsibility and creativity over projects, they may not be defined perfectly initially. You'll be expected to bring your own experience and perspective to help us do the right things, and raise flags if you think we should do things differently.**About you**- 1+ years of experience in a quantitative, strategy, revenue or consulting role- You feel at home analyzing and delivering business insights from big data sets- Revenue Management experience (preferred, not required)- Have worked and thrived in a fast-paced environment at an early stage company (preferred, not required)- SQL and Python proficiency (preferred, not required)- Deep customer focus and empathy- Instinct on how to make tradeoffs between elegance and efficiency- Excel at working cross-functionally and being a collaborative team player- Excellent communicator- Inspired by and passionate about the mission- At Naya Homes we celebrate diversity and are committed to providing an environment of mutual respect where equal opportunities are available to all._
