This includes configuration, basic development, and customizations such as creating workflows, reports, and integrating third-party software. You will work closely with senior team members, stakeholders, and internal customers to enhance the platform while building your expertise in ServiceNow development.**Key Responsibilities**:- Assist in building and maintaining ServiceNow workflows, reports, and dashboards.- Support the design, configuration, testing, documentation, and deployment of system changes under the guidance of senior team members.- Develop clear and concise technical and process documentation.- Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for improving enterprise platform-related processes.- Support troubleshooting efforts and resolve basic system issues to ensure system health.- Work on data migration, basic scripting, and system integrations as needed.- Provide ongoing support for end users by resolving ServiceNow-related issues.**Qualifications**:- 1-3 years of experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, or administration.- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.- Familiarity with development tools and languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.- Basic understanding of ITIL methodologies and ITSM concepts.- Experience with building workflows, reports, and dashboards within ServiceNow.- Exposure to REST/SOAP web services, XML, and JSON is a plus.- Eagerness to learn and grow in a ServiceNow development role.- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.- #LI-CS1
