Será responsable de gestionar y desarrollar relaciones con distribuidores y mayoristas locales, coordinar al equipo de ventas en campo, dar seguimiento a la implementación de promociones y políticas comerciales, y reportar el desempeño del territorio. Deberá identificar oportunidades de crecimiento, asegurar la correcta implementación de las especificaciones del portafolio y garantizar la alineación con los lineamientos corporativos.Execute the commercial strategy defined by the National Sales Director within an assigned territory, ensuring the achievement of sales, coverage, and profitability objectives in the region. This role is responsible for managing and developing relationships with local wholesalers and distributors, coordinating the field sales team, overseeing the implementation of promotions and commercial policies, and reporting on territorial performance. The position must identify growth opportunities, ensure proper product portfolio deployment, and maintain alignment with corporate guidelines.**Responsibilities**:- Gestionar relaciones comerciales con distribuidores y mayoristas locales- Ejecutar promociones y estrategias comerciales regionales- Monitorear indicadores de desempeño y reportar resultados- Desarrollar territorios y cuentas estratégicas dentro de su zona- Capacitar y acompañar a su equipo en visitas y negociaciones clave- Generar demanda por medio de abrir nuevos clientes e incrementar el margen acorde al portafolio del producto- Manage commercial relationships with local distributors and wholesalers- Implement regional promotions and commercial strategies- Monitor performance indicators and report results- Develop territories and strategic accounts within the region- Train and support the team during key visits and negotiations- Generate demand by opening new clients and increasing margin in accordance with the product portfolio.Qualifications:**Formación académica**: Licenciatura en Administración, Ingeniería, Arquitectura o disciplinas afines.**Conocimientos**: Profundo entendimiento del canal ferretero, de acabados y de proyectos constructivos.**Experiência**: Mínimo 3 años como agente de ventas de campo en industrias de materiales para baño o construcción.**Habilidades y competencias**: Liderazgo comercial, pensamiento estratégico, habilidades analíticas, negociación avanzada, orientación a resultados y comunicación efectiva. Dominio de herramientas CRM y paquete Office.**Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, or related fields.**Knowledge**: Deep understanding of hardware, finishes, and project-based construction channels.**Experience**: At least 3 years as a field sales person in bathroom or construction-related product industries.**Skills and Competencies**: Strong leadership, strategic thinking, analytical and negotiation skills, result-oriented mindset, and effective communication.
