We offer a highly collaborative, caring team environment with a strong focus on learning and development, recognition for your individual contributions, and a variety of benefit options for you to choose from.**What you’ll do**:**Location**: Mexico City**Schedule**: 40 HR/Week**In-Person**:Hybrid (2x /Week)- Support the planning and execution of diverse projects related to the first year of the SAP Academy for Customer Success.- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of project goals, timelines, and deliverables.- Support the creation and maintenance of content for global stakeholders, including presentation decks, internal and external communications, and SharePoint updates.- Update and visually enhance materials annually for transition from current to future groups.- Occasionally support light data analysis and reporting to inform program decisions and improvements.- Assist in organizing travel logistics and coordinating global events.- Support the integration and enablement of new tools, platforms, and methodologies.- Assist with scheduling and maintaining the Academy curriculum calendar, ensuring alignment across global time zones and stakeholder availability.- Help produce virtual meetings, workshops, and training sessions.**What you bring**:We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful, innovative projects and are energised by lifelong learning.- Recent graduate from university (less than 2 years since graduation)- Preferred fields of study: Business Administration or similar- Computer skills: proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint)- Language skills: fluent in English- Soft skills: passion for operational excellence, analytical thinking skills, highly detail-oriented, creativity, strong oral/written communication skills**Meet your team**:The SAP Academy for Customer Success accelerates SAP’s transformation toward a more sustainable, diverse customer-facing workforce with lasting impact.
