Production Coach

**Your responsibilities**: - Performs activities to ensure the safety of production personnel. - Safety audits, machine risk analysis, safety training and comply with accident report investigation. - Perform process analysis and monitoring to improve OEE. - Responsible for the improvement of this indicator. - Ensure required staffing on production lines according to production staff planning (OPL, customer demand, special events, etc). - Ensure personnel competencies and skills required at each workstation. Promote their development through training, coaching and evaluations. - Periodically update the skills matrix. - Make work instructions, keep them up to date, available as indicated in the document control procedure. - Review production plan in periodic meetings with SCM team members. - Ensures compliance to the production plan. Preparation, execution and follow up of S2QDC methodology. Meetings and related action plans (top 5, top 10, etc).**Your profile**: Education: Engineering Experience: Experience: 3 - 5 years as a Production Coordinator/ Supervisor (Automotive industry preferred). Knowledge: Personnel relation, production plan, skill matrix.
