We want you to enjoy working with us. We are seeking a highly experienced Software Engineer who can balance hands‑on, detail‑oriented development work with long‑term strategic thinking. You’ll play a key role in building and maintaining scalable, sustainable integrations that connect our internal and external systems. Must‑Haves 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer. Proven experience developing RESTful APIs using Python or another modern programming language. Solid understanding of relational databases such as PostgreSQL. Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively within a cross‑functional team. Proficiency with Git and version control best practices. A strong sense of ownership, accountability, and the ability to deliver business value in a fast‑paced environment. Nice‑to‑Haves Experience working in a startup or high‑growth company (founded within the last 5–10 years). Familiarity with unit testing and automated acceptance testing frameworks. Exposure to frontend technologies such as React — while not required, this is a plus since our team supports both internal and external UIs. Experience provisioning cloud infrastructure on AWS using Terraform. Hands‑on experience with CI/CD pipelines, particularly Jenkins or similar tools.
