Tests and processes parameter settings after assembly process to ensure the standard operating procedures (SOP), and related technical documents are successfully transmitted to production department for mass production. Implements new technology development for development and deployment of automation equipment, as well as, automation equipment design and outsourcing. After equipment assembly, conducts testing and evaluates parameter settings, to ensure smooth and complete equipment information and operating techniques achieve correct product migration to production units for mass production.**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**- Draws and develops equipment design after evaluation of automation process, and ensures accuracy during the developing process.- Participates in bill of materials (BOM0 process to develop and outsource, ensuring appropriate lead time and quality of assembled parts for automation equipment.- Executes functional tests after automation equipment is completed to ensure quality and lead time aligns with project timelines.- Formulates and revises automation equipment documents. Certifies qualification of operators to ensure production runs efficiently and effectively.- Coordinates and executes parameters of automation equipment.- Improves and maintains system interface. Reduces latent mistakes during developing process, and ensures automation equipment runs efficiently and effectively.- Assists each sites with innovative technical support to meet lead time and quality of customer's requests.- Proposes and analyzes Design failure mode and effects analysis (DFMEA) & Process failure mode and effects analysis (PFMEA) & Control Plan (CP) for new producing process to improve the yield rate and reduce the production risk.- Leverages best practices of main distributing frame (MDF) wiring for designed machinery devices, and obtains the most cost effective solutions.- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.**MANAGEMENT & SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES**- Typically reports to Management.
