México.At Campus México, people are at the heart of the company, we are committed to equal employment opportunities and value diversity in workplace**Key Responsibilities**:- Guarantee inventory levels with suppliers, meeting the needs of demand planning and under the standards established by the company.- Analyze the consistency of demand to direct material suppliers, share and send forecast and requirements to suppliers- Plan and manage the movement of materials, maintaining effective communication with suppliers and the warehouse until the material arrives at the plant.- Ensure, together with the Purchasing area, that the business strategy for supplies/acquisitions is aligned with the business needs through monthly meetings with assigned performance indicators.- Collaborate with the traffic area to guarantee the correct transfer and movement of materials to the plant.- Execute and make direct purchase orders. Ensure compliance with the weekly, monthly, and annual MPS- Manage plant inventory; within the system and physically, executing its correct treatment, leading the analysis of the goods, and involving the necessary areas to determine the correct destination of the materials- Lead, manage and communicate the obsolescence of the inventory and participating in the actions that derive from this management- Identify, participate and set control parameters that guarantee proper administration of raw material, in-process and finished product inventories.- Guarantee compliance with the weekly, monthly, and annual MPS- Manage the administration and disposal of materials that affect the supply chain (rejections/incidents) in matters of Quality, safety, and environment.**We value**:- Bachelor's in Logistics or similar- At least 3 years of experience as Materials Planner or similar- Experience withing food industry as a plus- English: B2 at least- Experience leading people**We offer**:- Entry to exciting and inspiring world of ingredients;- Work for a world leading group in environmental and sustainability initiatives- Culture that allows you to live your purpose, values creativity, and diversity.- Work in a global and intercultural environment;- Great opportunities to learn and grow.- Inclusive benefits package such as Hybrid Work model and generous parental leave
