Descripción del trabajo Review the scope of components / raw materials on a weekly basis to ensure compliance with the production program - materials in transit. Make purchase orders for shipment to suppliers. Ensure that supplier orders are ready within the required time. Ensure, together with the logistics department, the arrival of the material to the plant in the required time. Monthly reconciliation with suppliers. Provide the necessary documentation for the correct importation of materials. Follow up on imports of raw materials in conjunction with the logistics area. Ensure and monitor the performance of the logistics area. Prepare dairy routes, analysis, justification in conjunction with logistics. Ensure the correct sending of payment requests to finance. Update transits in the system and send a report to finances. Ensure transportation optimization.
