C3 AI has an opening for a Senior Financial Analyst located on-site at our offices in Guadalajara, Mexico. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be a strategic partner to our functional managers and support initiatives at C3 AI. We are looking for an analytical, self‑motivated individual who is experienced working in a high‑growth environment without a direct onsite manager. The reporting manager will be located at the Company's headquarters in Redwood City. The ideal person will balance a positive, collaborative attitude with a willingness to roll‑up‑their sleeves, allowing them to seamlessly function as a strong individual contributor, project leader, and team player. This role will report directly to the Vice President of FP&A. Please note this role is located onsite, full‑time at our Guadalajara office. Responsibilities Partner closely with business leaders to drive successful outcomes. Provides complex financial analysis for the financial function and business partners. Establishes and maintains relationships with business leaders to guide and influence decision‑making. Support budgeting process, including setting department‑level budgets, providing variance analysis and insights, and headcount tracking. Support planning tool rollout and adoption. Prepare standard financial reports for delivery to company CFO and CEO. Assist in preparing quarter‑end KPIs as well as Board deck for the company CFO. Supports policy and process improvement and identifies opportunities. Commissions accounting and analysis related responsibilities: Assists with monthly commission incentive and attainment calculations. Prepares and distributes commission statements to Sales Reps while maintaining complete confidentiality. Prepares commissions‑related files and proposes accruals related to commission expense. Requirements 5+ years of relevant experience. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field of study. Master's degree, or MBA is preferred. Experience with high-growth companies, ideally in the Software SaaS/PaaS industry. Efficient and accurate in day‑to‑day responsibilities, but adaptable to changing priorities as they arise. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Very high attention to detail, process‑oriented, and systems savvy. Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills. Experience in NetSuite is a plus. Must be able to effectively meet deadlines and prioritize work assignments for efficiency. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work as part of a team. Ability to deliver results and meet expectations in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to work independently without direct onsite supervision while delivering high‑quality output on time. Ability to prepare material for executive‑level reviews. Ability to communicate effectively with executives at the company. Ability to travel to Company's headquarters in Redwood City on an as‑needed basis.
