We strive to be the trusted partner that clinics rely on for seamless, high-quality telemedicine services.We’re growing fast—and looking for mission-driven individuals who want to be part of a team transforming the future of care delivery through intuitive tech and scalable integration.**ABOUT THE ROLE**We’re hiring a Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and execution of our core platform and client integrations. You’ll work closely with Engineering, Design, and external partners to ensure a seamless user experience for clinics and providers nationwide.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is able to work closely with technical leaders and business stakeholders to prioritize the requirements accordingly, ensure quality and take ownership throughout the Product Development Lifecycle for the successful rollout of the product.**RESPONSIBILITIES**- Define, manage and execute a comprehensive and strategic product roadmap.- Collaborate with engineering teams to design scalable and compliant products compatible with technical integrations from third-party platforms.- Effectively communicate product vision, strategy, progress, and results with both technical and non-technical teams.- Act as a strategic partner to leadership, providing product insights to influence business decisions, go-to-market strategies, and technology investments.- Work directly with customers and clinic partners to gather feedback, conduct market, user, and competitive research to identify opportunities- Monitor product performance using analytics and feedback to drive continuous improvement.- Proactively manage risk, identifying dependencies, technical constraints, and regulatory implications early in the development process.**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, especially in Tech environments.- Excellent English communication skills (C1-C2)- Proven track record of owning end-to-end product lifecycles, from ideation to launch to continuous improvement.- Must be Tech-savvy. Strong understanding of API integration, data flows, and system architecture — you don’t need to code, but you do need to think like an engineer and communicate with them effectively.- Experience leading B2B or B2B2C products with multiple stakeholders, ideally involving third-party integrations.- Passion for improving access to care through technology, and a genuine interest in user-centric solutions.**WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE**- Healthcare Industry experience.- Familiarity with tools like Figma, Segment, or Jira**BENEFITS**- Year-end bonus (aguinaldo): 30 days.- Savings fund: 10% (capped at 1.3 UMAM).- Grocery vouchers: 10% of base salary (capped at $1,302.84 MXN).- Life insurance: Coverage of $200,000 MXN.- Individual Major Medical Expenses InsuranceTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Bebidas gratis- Caja de ahorro- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vida- Trabajo desde casa- Vales de despensaPregunta(s) de postulación:- ¿Tienes experiência en la industria de IT?Idioma:- Inglés (Deseable)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
