As we continue growing at a fast pace, will you “Dare to Grow” with us?The Operations Analyst will be responsible for coordinating and managing transportation bookings to ensure efficient, timely, and cost-effective shipment execution. This role supports the 4PL's daily operations, acting as a key liaison between carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure consistent service levels for our customers.Job Responsibilities- Ensure accurate and timely entry of information into logistics systems.- Monitor shipment status and proactively communicate updates to customers and stakeholders.- Collaborate with carriers and suppliers to resolve issues, delays, or discrepancies related to bookings.- Verify documentation requirements (BOL, invoices, customs documents, etc.) to ensure compliance.- Support reporting activities, including shipment performance, cost tracking, and KPIs.- Provide operational support during the startup and ramp-up phases of the new 4PL contract.- Maintain strong working relationships with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to support smooth logistics operations.Qualifications and Skills- Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (preferred).- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in logistics, freight transportation, or supply chain operations.- Proficiency in MS Office and logistics platforms (experience with TMS/WMS is a plus).- Strong communication and negotiation skills.- Attention to detail, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.- Fluency in English (advanced level preferred).As a global organization, and as part of the CMA CGM Group, diversity is critical to our business success; only when we can reflect the cultures, languages, behaviors and local knowledge of our customers, we can succeed.
