We are looking for an experienced **HR Specialist / HR Business Partner** to develop and implement HR strategies that enhance talent attraction, retention, and development within our organization.**Responsibilities**:- Develop and implement recruitment and selection strategies, particularly for engineering and technology roles.- Oversee the payroll process and ensure compliance with labor regulations.- Manage performance evaluation processes and design employee development plans.- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.- Conduct market analysis to establish competitive compensation and benefits packages.- Create and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with the organization’s goals.- Address employee inquiries and resolve concerns professionally and efficiently.- Supervise HR budgeting and resource allocation.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, including recruitment, payroll, and talent management.- Advanced English proficiency.- Strong leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $18,000.00 - $25,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Seguro de vidaLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
