**OBJETIVO DE LA POSICIÓN**- Liderar y auxiliar a equipo de CSR asignado**PRINCIPALES ACTIVIDADES**- Mentorear a los CSR- Cubrir ausencias de CSR- Soporte de cumplimiento de metas a supervisor- Atención a clientes (Revisión, contestación de correos electrónicos y seguimiento a- sus peticiones hasta que se cumplan)- Revisiones de RRNA- Captura de mercancías que reporta el almacén- Reportar cualquier discrepancia o daño al cliente- Coordinar pedimentos consolidados- Distribuir las cajas- Capturar identificadores en las Notas de Revisión- Llenado del pedimento conforme el anexo 22- Revisar que se validen y paguen pedimento- Pedir Transfers para que crucen todas las cajas- Seguimiento de embarques- Soporte a otras cuentas- Apoyo en operaciones del equipo asignado- Revisión de errores- Aplicar la Ley Aduanera y sus Anexos en la elaboración de pedimentos y asesorar- al equipo asignado- Reportar a tiempo cualquier suceso- Distribuir cargas de trabajo**FUNCIONES ESENCIALES**- Atender al cliente- Monitorear a los CSR- Cubrir ausencias de CSR- Soporte de cumplimiento de metas a supervisor- Elaboración de reportes**CONOCIMIENTO Y EXPERIENCIA**- Conocimiento en ley aduanera, comercio exterior y trafico terrestre- ISO- - OEA- Ingles 50%**COMPETENCIAS**- Proactivo- Trabajo en equipo- Comunicación efectiva- Enfoque a resultados- Excelente trato al cliente- Ordenado- Predictivo**HABILIDADES**- Negociación efectiva- Análisis para detectar fallas e implementar mejoras- Facilidad de palabra- Tener sentido de iniciativa- Creatividad- Responsabilidad- Disponibilidad- Actitud positiva- Honestidad e integridad- Trabajo bajo presión- Analítico**DEMANDA FISICA**- N/A**VIAJE**- Ocasionalmente**EXPERIENCIA**- 3 a 5 años de experiência en aduanas**EDUCACIÓN**- Comercio Exterior (Deseable)
