We are looking for a **Junior IT Project Manager** to coordinate and oversee technology projects, and ensure successful delivery within scope, time, and budget. This role involves planning, execution, and monitoring of software development, infrastructure, or digital transformation projects while working closely with development teams.**Responsibilities**:- Manage IT projects from planning to implementation.- Coordinate development, infrastructure, security, and other technical teams.- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and objectives.- Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.- Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.- Utilize project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, or Asana.- Ensure proper project documentation, including progress reports and post-mortem analysis.- Assist in resource and budget management for the project.- Facilitate communication and alignment between technical and business teams.**Requirements**:- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.- 1-2 years of experience in IT project management.- Knowledge of software development, IT infrastructure, or digital product management.- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools.- Ability to work with technical teams and understand IT terminology.- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.- Advanced English level.- CAPM, Scrum Master, or similar certification (preferred).Work Location: In person
