Ensures conformance with all legislative, regulatory, and/or accreditation requirements. Coordinates trade compliance training programs and communications as necessary.- Analyzes import and export data to ensure compliance and procedures are being followed.- Responsible for ensuring proper documentation is created and available for Customs import or export clearance.- Maintains recordkeeping program for import and export transactions.- Performs assessments of Customs Brokers and communicates performance.- Supports cost study activities.- Determines Customs classifications and duty rates.- Supports Free Trade Agreement programs.- Leverage internal and external systems to help validate customs compliance information.- All other duties as assigned.**Required Skills and Education**Licenciatura en Comercio Exterior, Negocios Internacionales o afín, con 3 años de experiência o superior en el área de Importaciones / Exportaciones. Operación Aduanera (importaciones y exportaciones) Anexo 24 (ZOE preferentemente.
