TE's HR Solutions Partners function in a variety of Human Resources activities including employment and employee relations, recruiting, termination and data analysis/metrics. They implement Human Resources policies at the country, regional or global level partnering with management to drive company-wide programs and initiatives.**What your background should look like**:**Responsabilidades y autoridad**- Responsable de procesos de reclutamiento e induccion de personal directo- Responsable del control y brindar soluciones del servicio de transporte- Responsable de liderear las juntas de comité de transporte- Responsable de crear estrategias para realizar TEBITS- Responsable de dar seguimiento al presupuesto de Recursos Humanos- Responsable de administrar bonos de asistencia perfecta- Responsable de administrar los beneficios de los trabajadores- Responsable de realizar las requisiciones del sistema SAP para compras a proveedores- Responsable de aprobar facturas para pago- Responsable de la comprobación de tarjetas corporativas de Recursos Humanos- Responsable de los cambios de nível (salarial) de personal sindicalizado- Realiza acciones para reducción el impacto ambiental, así como actividades para el cumplimiento de la norma de ISO14001.- Autoridad para detener un proceso en el cual existe la posibilidad de dañar al medio ambiente o/y que esté fuera del cumplimiento legal ambiental**Nível de Estudio**: Licenciatura terminada**Experiência Profesional**: +2 años de experiência preferente en reclutamiento de personal directo**Conocimientos Específicos y habilidades**- Idioma Inglés- Conocimiento de TRESS- Conocimiento de SAP- Amplio conocimiento de paquetería office.- Comunicación efectiva- Conocimiento en financiero- Conocimiento de Políticas y Procedimientos de la compañía.- Conocimiento de Reglamento Interior de Trabajo- Conocimientos aplicables al puesto en IATF 16949 e ISO 14001- Conocimiento del reglamento de seguridad y sistema de gestión ambiental que aplica a la compañía.POSICION: ON SITE HERMOSILLO, SONORANO TIEMPO DE VIAJE REQUERIDO**Competencies**:- Values: Integrity, Accountability, Teamwork, Innovation
