We are looking for your talent Join our team to work in a creative and multidisciplinary environment with professionals from the United States, Denmark, Hungary, among others.Main Responsibility:The Trade Compliance Specialist, is responsible of coordination and support to all Nilfisk entities based in, but not limited to the Americas region, especially with Nilfisk Inc. in focus. Ensure that the entities has the needed support to be able to comply with all applicable national and international Customs and Trade regulations.The role ensures monitoring and reporting of all applicable legal requirements and documentations of Customs and Trade Compliance. The role is also responsible for the review and optimization of all processes related.Key Responsibilities:- Central point of contact on import, export and trade related issues.- Point of contact for third parties (authorities, customs brokers and other business partners).Daily tasks as Trade Compliance officer:- Licenses and audits:- Apply, maintain and control of im- and export customs licenses related to Nilfisk Inc. (US).- Support internal as well as external Trade Compliance Audits.- Product Origin:- Collection of Certificates of Origin.- Calculation of Preferential status.- Ensure SAP Masterdata maintenance.- Classification:- Drive Commodity code classification program with external Customs Broker.- Ensure SAP Masterdata maintenance.- Other:- Support and supervision of sub-regional stakeholders.- Development and maintenance of internal Trade Compliance rules and policies.- Monitoring of import duties to support Finance with duty provision and duty drawback scheme.- Monitoring of changes in local Im- and Export and Trade regulations.Education & Experience:Successfully completed studies or a commercial apprenticeship preferably with a specialization in customs and/or foreign trade3+ years professional experience in a comparable positionQualifications & Skills:Knowledge of SAP.Very good written and spoken English and Spanish skills.Structured and organized way of working.What makes us different?At Nilfisk, we know that great collaborators make a great company.
