Together, we are embarking on a journey where each and every one of us, individually and collectively, welcomes and celebrates individual differences.**:Operate Master Data lifecycle: Master Data creation, update and archive/deletion processes by following the standards and quality requirements of the domain. Provide support for Master Data management processes.**This position reports to**:Customer Operations Manager**Your responsibilities**:- Creates, implements and maintains master data solutions that enable internal and external customers meeting the requirements for the sales business.- Works as a leading functional practitioner in a consulting area.- Takes a lead role to propose consulting services to meet the customer's needs.- Leads or supports the development of a special technology or area of best practice.- Makes contacts at senior level (e.g. Site Manager, Technical Director) Consults business and proposes engineering solutions to meet customer needs.- Provides technical support and guidance to sales team for offer preparation.- Ensures delivery of assignments as per the agreed contract.- Creates work plans and cost estimates in one’s area of responsibility.- Conducts risk and opportunity assessments for consulting assignments.- Proposes and initiates actions to mitigate and control risks in one’s area of responsibility. Builds network - internally and externally - for exchange of information.- Provides support and technical advice to colleagues.- Supports in the development of new tools and processes for engineering effectiveness. Ensures usage of standard process and tools.- Contributes to achieve agreed business financial targets for a technology, business area or consulting team.**Your background**:- Bachelor´s Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT or related.- 5 years of experience in data analysis or computer programming.- Knowledge in SAP, advanced level of Excel, Power BI and Salesforce.- Experience with customer service and customer training.- Advanced English level.**More about us**:
