Head of Sales

Lidera el equipo de ventas para lograr un crecimiento sostenido en clientes e ingresos. Supervisa y optimiza los tres canales de ventas (inbound, outbound y SDR) y colabora con Marketing, Customer y Producto para asegurar una experiencia de cliente completa y alineada a nuestra misión. Impulsar la adopción de nuestro software en el mercado mexicano y apoyar el crecimiento de Bind como la solución preferida para las PYMES.
Responsabilidades clave:
- Cumplimiento de Objetivos de Ingresos: Lograr las metas anuales de New MRR (ingreso recurrente mensual) y de suscripciones mensuales, desglosadas en objetivos trimestrales.
- Gestión del ROI en el Área de Ventas: Medir y optimizar el retorno de inversión en cada canal (inbound, outbound, SDR), y ajustar la inversión para maximizar la rentabilidad de cada cliente.
- Optimización de Canales de Ventas: Diseñar y mejorar los procesos de calificación, asignación y seguimiento de leads para asegurar conversiones efectivas y una alta calidad en las oportunidades generadas.
- Sinergia con Marketing y Customer Success: Trabajar en conjunto para diseñar estrategias de generación de leads y retención de clientes, asegurando un alto LTV (Lifetime Value) y reduciendo el churn.
- Desarrollo de Talento y Cultura de Alto Rendimiento: Implementar estrategias de capacitación, desarrollo y engagement para retener y fortalecer al equipo comercial, incentivando el enfoque en actividades de mayor retorno.
- Estrategia Comercial y Análisis de Competencia: Desarrollar en conjunto con Marketing y Producto estrategias que aseguren la competitividad de Bind en el mercado mexicano, con revisiones periódicas de la competencia y el mercado.
- Manejo de Indicadores y Reportes: Crear tableros de control para monitorear KPIs de ventas, incluyendo tasas de conversión, cumplimiento de ingresos, y satisfacción de cliente; reportar los resultados y avances a los comités directivos de Bind y SUMA.
Perfil del candidato ideal:
- Educación: Licenciatura en área Económico-Administrativa (Marketing, Administración, Ingeniería Industrial, Finanzas, etc.); maestría deseable.
- Experiencia: Mínimo 10 años liderando equipos comerciales, preferiblemente en tecnología o SaaS, con experiencia probada en gestión de canales inbound, outbound y SDR.
- Experiencia: Mercado Pymes, pequeña y mediana empresa en México, en el campo de Saas, Fintech, Plataformas virtuales, productos en la nube, ERP, CRM, etc.
- Conocimientos: Estrategias de ventas y marketing digital, diseño de funnel de ventas, métricas de rentabilidad como ROI y CAC/LTV, y técnicas de liderazgo de equipos de alto rendimiento.

- Liderazgo y desarrollo de equipos.
- Análisis de datos y orientación a resultados.
- Negociación efectiva y manejo de proyectos.
- Enfoque estructurado y organizado para el diseño y seguimiento de KPIs.
- Idioma: inglés intermedio - avanzado, capaz de mantener conversaciones.
