Flex, a Fortune global 500 company, is the diversified manufacturing partner of choice that helps market-leading brands design, build and deliver innovative products that improve the world.We believe in the power of diversity and inclusion and cultivate a workplace culture of belonging that views uniqueness as a competitive edge and builds a community that enables our people to push the limits of innovation to make great products that create value and improve people's lives.Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Master Scheduler located in Guadalajara, North Campus.Reporting to the Materials Director the Master Scheduler role involves being responsible for working with program management, materials, and operations teams to ensure on-time and efficient deliveries of final product with zero downtime.What a typical day looks like:- Liaise between the Material Account Manager and Program Teams on demand management.- Develop strategies and liaise with operational teams on capacity & equipment utilization.- Use knowledge and experience of process flow to provide a useful resource to Materials on ERP and business system issues.- Determine, load, validate, and maintain customer demand load in ERP- Ensure efficiency in scheduling with CTB (Clear to Build) utilization.- Coordinate with engineering change control team on product changes impacting forward demand- Report key metrics as required.**Responsibilities**:- Create daily production schedules.- Supervise that deadlines are met.- Ensure efficiency in scheduling with CTB (Clear to Build) utilization.- Liaise between the Material Account Manager and Program Teams on demand management.- Work closely with production personnel on accountabilities and productivity issues.- Plan efficient transaction of process with production personnel to ensure zero downtime.- Ensure smooth transaction of manufacturing process to raw materials.- Develop strategies and liaise with operational teams on capacity & equipment utilization.- Work closely with operations to ensure smooth flow from raw material to final goods stage.- Use knowledge and experience of process flow to provide a useful resource to Materials on ERP and business system issues.- Provide training to staff members as required.- Report key metrics as required.The experience we’re looking to add to our team:- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience- ERP Experience- High level Excel knowledge- Master Scheduling Background- BOM Structure knowledgeWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:- Competitive Salary.- Life insurance.- Major Medical expenses insurance.- Christmas Bonus (30 days).- Food Coupons.- Saving Fund and morePA91Job CategoryGlobal Procurement & Supply Chain**Required Skills**:Optional Skills:At Flex, we believe in the power of diversity and inclusion and know there is much more to a great employee than just a list of requirements - if you are excited about a role (but don’t meet every bullet-point), we encourage you to apply.
