**Description****The Opportuninty****How You'll Make an Impact**- Works closely with the global Shared Services team to plan and execute internal communications campaigns and activities- Supports Mexico Marketing and Communications Team Leader with developing internal/external communication materials: social media materials, newsletters, flyers, advertising materials, etc.- Builds and maintains relationships with members of the community- Plans, develops, implements, and organizes internal and external events: townhalls, tradeshows and conferences- Plans and executes employee engagement activities that help build a strong culture and employee morale- Help with writing, editing and proofreading internal/external communications materials such as articles, blogs, website content, etc- Perform other tasks as required by the organization**Your Background**:- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing or Business or other related field and 2 to 5 years of work experience, preferably in marketing, communications or HR.- Passion for employee engagement and communications- A strong understanding of social media tools and platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Instagram)- A passion for learning new technologies, strategic thinking and problem-solving- Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills- Excellent time management and project management skills able to prioritize and balance workload- Ability to work well independently and with a team, with good time management and strong attention to detail- (preferred) Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Spark, After Effects and Premiere- Languages required: fluency in English and Spanish- #LI-Hybrid_
