You will manage our NetSuite environment, provide support, implement customizations, and drive operational efficiencies through NetSuite leading practices. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across departments to understand business needs, optimize workflows, and enhance reporting capabilities.What You'll Do:- Own and lead all aspects of NetSuite ERP implementation, configuration, and upgrades across key modules including Financials, Inventory, WMS, Order Management, CRM, and Revenue Management.- Administer and continuously optimize the NetSuite platform, managing system performance, data integrity, user roles/permissions, audits, and security best practices.- Support and train end-users, serving as the primary point of contact for NetSuite-related issues, documentation, troubleshooting, and functional guidance.- Design and implement NetSuite customizations, including SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder, while developing advanced searches, dashboards, and reports.- Lead integration efforts between NetSuite and third-party systems (e.g., Salesforce, Shopify, Stripe, logistics platforms, analytics tools) using middleware and custom solutions.- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Technology teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable NetSuite solutions.- Act as a strategic NetSuite advisor, driving best practices, continuous improvement, and stakeholder alignment across systems and processes.Who You Are:- 5+ years of experience as a NetSuite Consultant, Business Analyst, or in a similar ERP-focused role.- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience).- NetSuite certifications (Administrator, ERP Consultant) preferred.- Proven track record in supporting and enhancing NetSuite ERP in fast-paced, enterprise environments.- Strong understanding of core business processes across Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Inventory, and Order Management.- Comfort with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and data management tools for NetSuite.- Excellent communication skills to provide training, user support, and best practice recommendations.- Effective communicator, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and train users at various skill levels.- Detail-oriented and thorough in system management, process documentation, and troubleshooting.- Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle and collaboration with technical teams.What We Offer:- The opportunity to be a part of our inaugural Guadalajara, Mexico office, and to make a real impact on the launch and success of this team- A dynamic and collaborative international engineering team- An organization dedicated to supporting the passionate Collectors community- A Competitive Salary and benefits- Location: Employees will be expected to work several days per week at our Guadalajara office location, which will be in Midtown Guadalajara. #LI-HybridAdditional Resources from our technology team:- Collectors uses e-Verify to validate your ability to work legally in the United States.- We are committed to equal employment opportunity regardless of race, color, ethnicity, ancestry, religion, national origin, gender, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital or parental status, disability, veteran status, or other class protected by applicable law.
