Reporting to the FP&A Manager based in Canada, you will transform complex data into clear insights, support strategic planning, and collaborate with business leaders to influence decision-making and drive performance.**Key Responsibilities**:- ** Budget Preparation and Management**:- Prepare, plan, and support the entire budgeting process, including identifying optimizations and rationalizing budget needs.- Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and comprehensive budget planning.- ** Financial Analysis, Reporting and Presentation**:- Conduct variance analysis to explain financial results and trends, and provide detailed project-specific account analysis.- Prepare monthly and annual financial reports, including internal reporting packages and presentations for senior management.- Develop and prepare quarterly presentations for the management and the Board of Directors, including detailed financial analysis with qualitative business insights.- ** Tool Development and Support**:- Develop and support financial tools and systems, ensuring their integrity and effectiveness over time.- Be familiar with and capable of using Power BI and SQL for financial analysis and reporting.- ** Ad-Hoc Projects and Business Partnering**:- Support various ad-hoc projects and requests from the finance team and senior management.- Act as a business partner to different departments, providing financial insights and support to achieve organizational goals.- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.- ** 3-5 years in FP&A, corporate finance,** or** strategic finance roles**.- ** CPA**designation or equivalent.- ** Advanced knowledge** of **Excel**, **Power BI**, **PowerPoint**and **basic SQL** for **data extraction**, manipulation, **analysis** and presentation.- ** Bilingual**(**English** and **Spanish)**, both spoken and written.- Experience in **financial analysis**, **budgeting**, and **reporting** within an **international** and **multi-company environment.**:- Strong **team players** know how to **prioritize** tasks, **autonomous**, **strong communication** and **analytical** **skills**.- Ability to work on **multiple projects**, while meeting **deadlines**for reporting and other deliverables.- ** Proactive** and able to **work independently**, with a **strong attention to detail**.**Key Capabilities**In addition to the skills described above, you are:- ** Highly autonomous**— You are comfortable and thrive working under mínimal supervision.
