Senior Warehouse Specialist

Supervision of personnel in different warehouse activities, through visits to the work area and monitoring the software provided by the company.- Collaborate on revisions to program materials supply, by exporting requisitions in the system.- Support for expediting critical materials, using software provided by the company, in order to receive materials on time.- Preparation of the following reports, in order to facilitate decision-making,- Summary of the materials report.- Summary of committed materials detailed report.- Requisitions records compiled for the project report.- Requisitions purchase orders prepared for the project report.- Expedite prioritized materials report.- Requisitions pending to purchase report.- OSD materials report.- Material balance report for the project.- KPI's report.- Review the process control of materials for each project, for proposals and projects. Integrate lessons learned. Warehouse activities.- Develop strategies and methods to optimize the quantities required for engineering and manufacturing (MTO's)- Review all the interface related to the System Management Materials.- Provide information required between the materials against the purchased material.- Coordinate all materials received and processed purchase orders- Coordinate all the material delivered to the warehouse areas or predetermined locations.- Perform and maintain an inventory in the company of materials owned by the customer.- Record discrepancies materials shipments,- Review and report generation system. Update the database.- Provide support to buyers, expeditors and warehouse to better understand the material specifications and availability of the same.- Provide information to Control Project materials for projects or proposals (cost history, inventory).
