**SEGOSO MEXICO**We are currently searching for an Operations Manager. The Operations Manager is responsible for Monitoring and driving the operations floor, as well as delivering counselor training, monitoring of supervisors and implementing company policies and procedures. As an Operations Manager you will also resolve problems and make recommendations for improving account handling processes.**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**Management and supervision of an assigned counselor groupLeadership of their individual assigned counselor groupProficiency in the art of collecting moneyResponsible for the continued training and teaching of their individual staff's negotiation, tasking, and talk off skillsResponsible for all administrative tasks as needed for groupResponsible for aiding management in enforcing company policiesResponsible in presenting a professional demeanor and attitude at all times**Job Requirements**Employee must possess exceptional leadership, mentoring and communication skillsMust be competitive and goal drivenMust be detail orientatedMust have strong analytical skills and diligent with assigned tasksMust be technology literate, computer skills are necessaryMust be promptMust be self confident, motivating, and disciplinedExcellent verbal & communication skills required**We offer**:- Paid Training- Very competitive salary + great monthly bonus- Major Medical insurance for you and your legal dependants- Pantry Vouchers- Vacations after 6 months- Sick days paid after 6 months- 30 days of aguinaldo- Saving funds**We Offer a Career Not Just a Job
