This role ensures reliable service delivery, user support, and adherence to security and compliance standards.**Key Responsibilities**- Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, and OneDrive.- Manage day-to-day operations of DocuSign accounts, roles, permissions, templates, and transaction troubleshooting.- Provision users and monitor activity in ChatGPT Enterprise; escalate AI usage concerns as needed.Monitor service health dashboards, usage analytics, and log alerts across platforms.Respond to Tier 1-2 incidents, execute service requests, and escalate technical issues.Support onboarding/offboarding, including access and licensing.Document standard operating procedures and end-user guides.**Required Qualifications****Education**:Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred).**Experience**:2+ years in IT operations or helpdesk, with at least 1 year supporting Microsoft 365 environments.**Technical Skills**:Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Exchange Online, and Teams configuration.Basic understanding of Azure Active Directory and PowerShell scripting.Experience with DocuSign administration preferred.Exposure to SaaS platforms, including generative AI tools (ChatGPT Enterprise is a plus).**Soft Skills**:Strong organizational skills, excellent troubleshooting capabilities, and user-oriented communication.**Preferred Certifications**Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900)Modern Desktop Administrator AssociateDocuSign Admin FoundationsAI-900: Azure AI FundamentalsCompTIA Security+ (optional)**We**are**an**equal**opportunity**employer.**NOV is committed to building a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
