Database Administrator 4-IT-22000DST**Applicants are required to read, write, and speak the following languages***: English**Preferred Qualifications**Job Responsibilities:1. Validation ( Install, configure, patch) and Production support for DB / Exadata / GI patching on 19c platform and beyond2. Debug various RDBMS related issues independently and engage in resolution of Major incidents/outages 3. Perform L3 level support for Fusion SaaS RDBMS, Exadata and GI 19c issues5. Support Fusion Apps Control Plane updates for provisioning and other life cycle operationsJob Qualification:0. BS/MS any computer science related major1. Knowledge of Programming Languages Java, Python, Perl etc2. 10+ years of experience as Oracle DBA administering 10G, 11G, 12C3. Strong Knowledge of Oracle 11g/12c ASM,RAC, CDB/PDB etc4. Strong Knowledge of Standby Database setups, RMAN Backups and Recovery5. Strong SQL, PL/SQL and shell scripting skills6. Experience with Oracle middle-ware technologies used with Oracle Apps7. Experience of performing database management8. Knowledge on Oracle Fusion Middle-ware (e.g Weblogic)9. Experience with bash/csh scripting language. Perl would be preferred10. Strong understanding of multiple operating system including Linux11. Knowledge Oracle Exa Data, Virtual Machine, networking would be preferred12. Experience with Oracle tools ( Enterprise Manager, SQL Developer, etc )13. Ability to work well under pressure in global team environment, on multiple projects 14. Willingness to learn new technologies**Detailed Description and Job Requirements**As a Senior Database Administrator, you are instrumental in researching, evaluating, designing, testing, recommending, and planning implementation of new versions of Oracle database and database tools.
