Customer Quality Engineer

Descripción y detalle de las actividades- Follow up and resolve customer complaints (8D, 5Why, Ishikawa, or other methodologies).- Coordinate the implementation of corrective and preventive actions with internal areas such as Production, Engineering, and Quality.- Analyze customer quality indicators and generate performance reports.- Support customer audits and coordinate internal audits related to quality.- Manage communication with customers regarding quality topics (PPAP, APQP, engineering changes, etc.).- Participate in continuous improvement projects focused on customer satisfaction and waste reduction.- Keep quality documentation updated in compliance with ISO/IATF standards.Experiência y requisitos- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field.- Experience: 5 to 7 years in Quality areas manufacturing industry (preferably metal-mechanical, automotive, or precision manufacturing).- Knowledge of Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA).- Advanced English (essential for communication with international customers).- Proficiency in Excel, ERP, and quality management systems.Beneficios- Seguro de vida- Fondo de ahorro- Seguro de gastos médicos- Servicios medicos en planta- Comedor**Número de vacantes** 1**Área** Calidad**Contrato** Permanente**Modalidad** Presencial**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Horario**- Tiempo completo- Lunes a viernes**Estudios** Carrera con título profesional**Inglés**Hablado: Avanzado, Escrito: Avanzado**Disponibilidad p. viajar** No
