Your tasksPosicion encargada de administrar y coordinar de la manera más eficiente los recursos del departamento de producción, calidad, IE, por medio de estrategias con base en los lineamientos (IATF 16949) y políticas de la compañía, con el propósito de lograr los objetivos definidos por la planta.- Tiene la responsabilidad de informar a sus superiores de cualquier anormalidad (riegos, peligros) que se encuentra en sus áreas relacionado con asuntos de medio ambiente, seguridad y salud (ISO14001 / ISO45001 / ISO50001) y dar seguimiento para la eliminación o reducción de los riesgos o peligros detectados.- Supervisar el seguimiento de los estándares de calidad y de manufactura, para el cumplimiento del Sistema de Calidad.- Supervisar el cumplimiento del programa de las LPA´s, 5´s y tarjetas CAR, así como el seguimiento del cierre en tiempo de las acciones generadas, para garantizar la calidad del proceso, producto y seguridad del personal.- Brindar soporte a las auditorías de proceso internas y externas, así como el seguimiento del cierre en tiempo de las acciones generadas.- Reportar el desempeño de los indicadores de las líneas de producción, junto con su plan de acción, para cumplir los objetivos definidos por la planta.- Asegurar los volúmenes de producción para el cumplimiento de los requerimientos de los clientes.- Planear y asegurar los recursos de nuevas líneas y/o productos, para el lanzamiento exitoso.- Coordinar los recursos de mantenimiento para asegura el máximo desempeño de las líneas de producción.**Profile**:- Ingles intermedio avanzado- Técnica de Solución de Problemas- Título Universitario (Preferentemente de Ingeniería Industrial, Mecánica o afin) deseable y/o 5 años de experiência en puesto similar- Experiência en adiministración de personal.- 5 años de experiência en la industria automotriz (deseable).- 3 años mínimo en el área de Operaciones (deseable)**Offer**:En Continental estamos comprometidos con la construcción de un ecosistema incluyente y libre de discriminación en México, estos principios se encuentran asentados en nuestra filosofía y cultura corporativa.
