Om een team van inkoopprofessionals en ondersteunend personeel te beheren die inkoopondersteuning en expertise bieden aan alle interne klanten, en door gebruik te maken van concurrentievoordeel met al onze leveranciers, ervoor te zorgen dat Novartis de beste uiteindelijke kosten behaalt.**About the Role**:Major Accountabilities~ Bereid een jaarlijkse inkoopstrategie voor voor een kleine divisie of BU of land /regio en zorg ervoor dat deze is afgestemd op globale inkoopstrategieën.~ Stuur de ontwikkeling van jaarlijkse inkoopbedrijfsplannen en tactische plannen in overeenstemming met de overeengekomen sourcingstrategie, zorg voor volledige afstemming op divisie- en groepsdoelen en stel stretchdoelen voor het team, benchmarking versus best in class externe organisaties en meet het behalen van doelstellingen ten opzichte van KPI's.~ De identificatie van sourcingstrategieën (voorkeursleveranciers, outsourcing) sturen en de relaties met belangrijke interne klanten en externe leveranciers identificeren, betrekken en beheren, en aanzienlijke invloed uitoefenen om inkoopprojecten te stimuleren.~ Leid de onderhandelingen over overeenkomsten en leid de totstandkoming van contracten om de totale kosten te verlagen met gespecificeerde kwaliteits- en serviceniveaus en de leveringszekerheid te garanderen, en ervoor te zorgen dat besparingen worden bijgehouden in overeenstemming met groepsrichtlijnen ($ 100- $ 750 miljoen).~ De implementatie en het gebruik van inkoopsystemen en -instrumenten in landen sturen en zorgen voor een consistente tracking van besparingen en andere inkoop-KPI's, volgens het groepsbeleid.~ Toon thought leadership met betrekking tot de identificatie, implementatie en continue verbetering van best practices, systemen en processen en beleidsafstemming.~ Het opstellen en afronden van Inkoop investeringsplannen en budgetten aansturen.~ Toezicht houden op het beheer en de ontwikkeling van inkoopteams (directe rapporten 10- 20 of indirecte rapporten ( 50).~ Melding van technische klachten / bijwerkingen / scenario's voor speciale gevallen met betrekking tot Novartis-producten binnen 24 uur na ontvangst~ Distributie van monsters voor het in de handel brengen (indien van toepassing)Key Performance IndicatorsOm de inkooporganisatie van een kleine divisie of BU of land / regio te leiden om maximaal voordeel te leveren van wereldwijde, regionale en lokale inkoop.
