Our commitment extends beyond business success as we strive to build sustainable processes that minimize environmental impact and foster vibrant and diverse communities around the globe.Position duties and responsibilities- Conduct First Article Inspection (FAI), FIR, test reports, incoming, in-process and final inspections - Establish CMM programs, release, and control according to internal procedure - Support of New Product Introduction and Design Transfers at the site - Support and conduct Validation activities (CSV, TMV, Gage R&R, etc.) - Reviews reports concerning workmanship defects and other quality issues. - Performs very complex tests and analyses to assure that products comply with established specifications. - Perform varied product inspections, generally or finished goods, components, incoming materials, or new products, by observing, measuring, and recording data. - Perform the regular inventory cycle count related to all quarantine areas. - Prepares documentation that shows the results of tests performed. - Acts as the principal Subject Matter Expert for GD&T - Acts as the principal Subject Matter Expert for measurement techniques/-methodologies - Formulates recommendations for corrective action for management. - Prepares remedial recommendations. - Prepares statistical reports on 3D CMM quality control results for management. - Provides and supervises training on optical and tactile measuring instruments and (special) GMD.**Jabil, including its subsidiaries, is an equal opportunity employer and considers qualified applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, disability, genetic information, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.****Accessibility Accommodation**:whereyoubelong
