Descripción y detalle de las actividades**Position Summary**The data analyst is in charge of implementing contracts within the contracting system and monitoring the operational performance of the contract.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**- Update and maintain the Model N contract system as a result of new or amended contract terms.- Provide data and/or analysis for assigned contracts and pricing projects as needed- Monitor contract expiration reports in the region and communicate with the assigned analyst.- Collaborate with sales support, contract administration and/or accounts receivable department to resolve billing discrepancies pursuant to contractual terms and conditions.- Prepare standard templates for contracts or letters with customer, product or pricing information.- Evaluate pricing strategies for the business to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and determine actions to rectify contract compliance.- Provide support for process improvement, standardization, or strategic initiatives.- Collaborate with other contract team members as needed- Work on special projects as assigned.**Knowledge Skills**- A team player with sound analytical ability, good judgment, and strong operational focus.- Ability to exercise critical thinking, maintain confidentiality and act in a diplomatic manner.- Ability to independently identify, research, and resolve issues.- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.- A well-organized and self-directed individual who is able to work with mínimal amount of supervision.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, demonstrated ability to gather, understand, and evaluate information from various sources; It links between data sources, draws logical conclusions, and provides appropriate options, recommendations, and sound decisions in a timely manner.Experiência y requisitos- University Bachelor's degree in business or related field from is required.
