Be part of itAs Senior Consultant Time Management SAP HCM and HR Interfaces you are invited to take over the responsibility for HR IT - SAP onPremise Time Management services and HR Interfaces.Your goal is to ensure a stable data integration and system landscape, acting as BA HR facilitator by supporting HR teams (mainly for Time Management).**Parts of the job**:- Ensure efficient and effective IT system operations to support the correct and on time pre-payroll of the employees by the internal HR Operations team;- Create and evaluate technical concepts and develop support procedures and operations documentation;- Explicitly participate in strategic transformation projects for the ongoing development and improvement of the Vitesco HR Cloud to drive employee experience;- Provide technical expertise, guidance and support for IT functionality requirements which need cross-collaboration within the Vitesco IT organization;- Suggest new implementations which improve the current system landscape taking advantage of new technologies available.**What we are looking for**:- Academic degree in computer science, business management or related field with focus on IT;- Fluent in English language skills is a must; Spanish or any other international language is an advantage- Good communication skills and high commitment to work and ability for teamwork are vital;- **Strong** experience in supporting and operating an SAP HCM onPremise system and technical knowledge of the SAP HCM modules PA/OM/PY/PT, with focus on Time Management solutions;- Experience in developing and supporting SAP Fiori Applications or new UI technologies;- Project Management related to SAP HCM - nice to have;- Technical expertise in SAP HCM, including experience utilizing ABAP OO, SAP ALE, IDOCs, WDA, APIs etc.- Structured, analytic, strategic and self-dependent way of working;- Willingness to travel;With your contributions and ideas, you can shape Vitesco Technologies' SAP and HR transformation strategy towards an integrated global HR Cloud and a first-class employee experience.**Working Time**: Full-time**Business Unit**: CF**Department**: IT**Your Contact Partner**: Sofía VillalobosVitesco Technologies is a leading international developer and manufacturer of state-of-the-art powertrain technologies for sustainable mobility.
