The projects or programs the employee manages have a low level of risk, organizational span, business complexity, team size, and interdependencies.**Key Responsibilities**:- Assesses and reports health of all projects or programs objectively, providing project transparency and accurate status updates- Engages appropriate stakeholders in risk identification and mitigation- Provides direction and oversight throughout project lifecycle to meet business requirements- Drives achievement of project or program success factors- Coordinates, documents, and communicates project plans and requirements- Acts as an internal advocate for the project- Proactively identifies, resolves, and escalates (as needed) projects or program risks/issues- Achieves desired business results by thoroughly understanding business objectives- Plan and implement most aspects of projects or programs**Education**:- 4 year Bachelors Degree (preferred)**Experience**:- 2 or more years of experience (preferred)**Supervisory Responsibilities**:- This job does not have supervisory duties.**Education & Experience (in lieu)**:- In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.**Compensation**At National General, great things happen when our people work together.
