To this regard he builds and leads Multi-Functional Teams (MFT) and conducts her / his actions in a project management mode.**Requirements**:Minimum Bachelor's degree in mechanical or industrial engineering with complementary degree in Procurement or Business Management degree with a complementary degree in Supply Chain or Procurement.5 or more years of experience in Purchasing within the Aerospace or a similar industry.Advanced English.Familiarity with SAP ERP platform.Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Office and Product Lifecycle Management.Commodity ManagementIn perfect partnership with the various REGIONAL COMMODITY LEADERs, he will develop and implement the Purchasing strategies for the LATECOERE American region consistent with Corporate Purchasing Strategy.She/he will manage the regional panel of suppliers continuously driving up their financial and industrial performance. He will consequently monitor and report on a monthly basis the results, and forecast for her/his perimeter. He will drive the recovery plan when needed.She/he will be responsible for the contract management of her/his suppliers making sure that all clauses are well executed and that contractual hazards have been addressed early enough to secure the company.Business AcquisitionIn line with the Program Managers he will support the costing on customers RFIs/RFQS. To this regard he will take the full responsibility of costing the bill of material for new businesses which costing is managed from the US.Concerning Programs on which the costing is led from Europe, he will cost solely the items intended to be sourced from North American suppliers and report the outcome to the European costing COMMODITY LEADER.In both situations he will focus the costing on the following 3 essentials: Reliability, Speed, and Competitiveness.New Programs SourcingRegarding new Programs developed by the North America team, she / he will be in charge to source the bill of material all over the development cycle, and she / he will drive the suppliers readiness on each of the development phasesRegarding new Programs developed by the Central team, she /he will work for the Program COMMODITY LEADER in charge and source all items purchased from American suppliers.
